Product and Service Statement

Balloon Therapy cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up/delivered. All balloon sales are final sale. Balloons are, by nature, temporary items: Although Balloon Therapy uses high quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other uncontrollable factors. If there isn’t a permanent fixture to tie to, we use command hooks and wall tape to attach balloons which are wall safe almost every time, but nothing is guaranteed and there is a risk of paint coming off. Due to the unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event, we reserve the right to make changes in the best interest of our clients.

Inventory and Colors

Balloon colors are bound by the inventory available to us at any given time. We typically source inventory 2-3 weeks in advance of any project, but due to the national latex shortage and the heavily filtered Instagram world we live in, exact shades are never guaranteed. Installations that require very specific shades must be placed at least a month in advance and require a 5% design fee. By paying this invoice, you are acknowledging that garland and accessory colors are subject to the availability, manufacturer’s batch variances, and our expert designer’s interpretation of the prompts. As we are a service company, refunds cannot be given based on customer’s color expectations. We can promise that we will do our absolute best to meet the directives given to us.

Installation

Installation times will be scheduled the week of your event. If you have very specific time limits, please let us know in advance and we will do our absolute best to meet the directives given to us. We service an average of 30 separate events per weekend, so we greatly appreciate your flexibility as we work to best serve all of our client’s objectives.

Tear Downs

After you are finished enjoying your balloons, the most efficient way to dispose of them is by popping the balloons with a pin and throwing into the garbage. If you would like us to de-install for you, it is a separate fee starting at $75 for small jobs and up to $800+ for large scale outdoor or late night jobs. Teardowns must be scheduled in advance.

Deposits and Final Payment

All deposits are final. All deposits are non-refundable, but will be returned to the customer as a gift card for future use. Final payment is due 48 hours before your install date.

On-Site and Design Meetings

Event site walk throughs and/or in-person meetings are $100 or free with installations that total over $1500. We encourage you to send us photos and plan over email. Our studio is not open to the public, but we are able to send you a latex color document if you need assistance choosing specific colors. Specialty color orders are subject to a 5% design fee.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, you must submit your cancellation in writing (email is permitted) a full (7) business days before the day of your install. If you do not adhere to this cancellation policy, the full invoice amount will be due the day of your planned install. All deposits are final. Should you need to cancel your order, you will not be refunded your deposit.

By paying the invoice, you are assuming the risk of any injury or damage that may occur through any service or product of Trinidad Balloon Co, Rent Tulsa, and Balloon Therapy, including, but not limited to, property damage, fallen objects, allergies, choking, and personal injury.


Weather Notice

Due to extreme weather, we strongly discourage any outdoor balloon installations during summer and winter months. There are a few exceptions, but overall, we feel your experience and satisfaction will be much better by allowing us to install indoors. During the hot summer days, we have no control over what will happen with our balloons. We’ve had instances where they stayed up and looked great for 12 hours, and we’ve had instances where they began to pop after a few hours. In most cases, we will not be able to return after installation to fix anything that has popped or fallen. We will however, do our best to try.
